How Does is Work?
The method is based on a patented microwave process and soley developed for silicon production. Instead of indirect measurements of material properties, the tests yields a visible silicon sample to be analyzed by standard analytical methods (ICP-MS and/or XRD). Materials are ranked in relation to standard raw materials used in the silicon industry.

Preparation
Crushing, sieving, drying, and calcination the sample and preparation of testing mixture.

Processing
Smelting of sample in our special microwave furnace to yield a visible silicon sample.

Laboratory Analysis
Analysis of silicon sample by XRD (silicon yield, reactivity) or ICP-MS (silicon quality) in certified laboratories.

Test Report
Assessment and comparison of the results in the final test report.
